If you are over 18, and have a BMI (or body mass index) of 35-39, with accompanying health issues or co-morbid conditions, such as diabetes, high cholesterol or hypertension, or your BMI is 40 or over, and you have tried to lose weight without success, we’d like to talk with you!

We also offer weight loss surgery options to those whose BMI is over 30, with metabolic diseases or a strong family history of these. We specialize in changing lives.
